Recreation Activity Waiver

There are two recreational activities in which for your child to be allowed to participate you must print, sign, and bring the waiver below to camp. Those two activities are 

1. Swimming Pool 

2. Rock Wall Climb

You may bring this form with you to registration or fill one out upon arrival. We will have hard copies available. Do NOT email this back. Bring with you.
